Yes. Livy is built to adapt to any Shopify theme. The loyalty page and the points shown on the product page and the cart integrate without you touching any code. If something doesn't look right on your theme, message us in the app chat and we'll take a look.

No. Your $9/month is locked in for life. If Livy ever raises its prices, yours stays the same. No exceptions.

Credits are what Livy uses to run automatic actions in your store: adding an anonymous visitor to your loyalty program, triggering a cart recovery email, or running other retention automations. Each action uses 1 credit. If you go over your plan's monthly limit, you can add more capacity: $10 per 100 extra orders and $1 per 100 additional credits.

Nothing stops and your Founder price stays locked in. The Founder plan includes 1,000 orders and 1,000 credits per month (same as Growth), and if you go over in any given month, you just pay for the extra usage: $10 per 100 additional orders and $1 per 100 additional credits. It's a one-time charge, only for the month you exceed the limit. The next month, if your volume is lower, you're back to your flat $9/month. Your Founder price never goes away because your store grows.

Yes. You import your customers and their points from another app with a CSV template, in a few clicks. You don't lose their history, and if you get stuck, we'll give you a hand.

Via email or live chat from within the app. We're available every day from 9am to 11pm Madrid time. When something needs more attention, we stay online until it's sorted. You won't be left waiting until the next day.

Yes. Livy is designed to blend into your store's visual identity. You'll be able to adjust colors so the loyalty program feels like a natural part of your brand, not an add-on.

Livy is built and supported in Spanish, which is our home base. The program your customers see can be translated into your store's language.

Your customers and their points are yours. You can export them anytime from the dashboard, so you don't lose anything if you uninstall.

You can come back anytime, but the Founder plan can't be recovered once cancelled. When you reactivate, you'll choose from Starter or Growth at their current prices. If you're on the fence, it's worth keeping it active.
