Yes. If you were using another loyalty app, you can migrate your data to Livy. Our team will guide you through it so your customers' history stays intact.
No. Your $9/month is locked in for life. If Livy ever raises its prices, yours stays the same. No exceptions.
You can come back anytime, but the Founder plan can't be recovered once cancelled. When you reactivate, you'll choose from Standard, Growth, or Plus at their current prices. If you're on the fence, it's worth keeping it active.
Yes, every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card to hold your spot, but nothing gets charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you won't pay a thing.
Via email, Discord, or live chat from within the app. We're available every day from 9am to 11pm Madrid time. When something needs more attention, we stay online until it's sorted. You won't be left waiting until the next day.
Credits are what Livy uses to run automatic actions in your store: adding an anonymous visitor to your loyalty program, triggering a cart recovery email, or running other retention automations. Each action uses 1 credit. If you go over your plan's monthly limit, you can add more capacity: $10 per 100 extra orders and $1 per 100 additional credits.
